Chief Rob Masone ROCK HILL, SC (CN2 NEWS) — Rock Hill's Restaurant Kounter chef Rob Masone has been selected as one of three to represent South Carolina at food and media events. The South Carolina Chef Ambassador program showcases the state's talented chefs, creative recipes, authentic cuisines, locally grown produce, and unique produce.
